  Josh was tasked with 3 jobs: - A small flat roof at the junction of 2 sloped ones - Pointing 2 chimney stacks and renew the flaunching - Redoing the flat roof of a small extension Problem: - The top flat roof is leaking and has significant pooling since day 1 - The chimney stacks have no evidence of pointing or flaunching - The extension's flat roof has also significant pooling, and I had to have a window sill redone as his original work even had a negative slope Josh also only replies when he feels like and has not made any attempt to fix any of the above.
