  Initially happy, but made the mistake of paying before checking job inside and not just outside!

  Job: Removing foam insulation, replacing felting, and putting back the original roof tiles. They completed the job in a good time frame and were curtious throughout. But I made the mistake of not checking the completed job inside as well as out before paying for the work and found out later there was a small area of foam left. I contacted them and they said they would sort it out for us, but presently recovering from a mini stroke, I contacted them a couple of months later and they told me their van had caught fire, third time I got no reply so far. My rooky mistake for not checking job!
