  Didn't finish the job

  The outside wall was replastered but the edges were not finished and could allow water ingress and I asked for a smooth finish and it was bumpy. I made this really clear as a community mural is to be added to the wall - our charity doesn't want the plaster falling off as it will destroy the artwork made by the school students. To be fair the plaster came back to smooth some areas - not all and to repair a crack. But the edges to the wall are not finished and there are areas we can't apply the mural to. He is not returning call and messages.
