  Steve arrived promptly to see what the job entailed, and gave us a quote immediately. He booked us in for two weeks later. He arrived promptly on the day, worked hard, and finished as planned. We now have a nice flat plastered ceiling.

  Investigation into rain ingress above bay window

  Glen considered the issue and previous attempts to remedy it before suggesting a plan of work and providing an estimate. The plan was sensible and cost acceptable. He cut out brickwork to check the condition of the tray above the bay window - the tray had sagged appreciably and there was a crack in it, which could explain the issues experienced. He replaced the tray, made sure the flashing was correctly in place and replaced the bricks. He also repointed the brickwork and applied clear brick sealer over the relevant section of wall. I have no hesitation recommending his services.
