  James is a very pleasant guy. Communication was seamless, right from when I made the request through to when he showed up as scheduled. His quote is reasonable, did the work neatly and fixed the wall as good as new.

  The booking was seamless, clear and good communication from Nicole (the back office staff I presume). The inspection was done within a day of contacting AMH and the results came that same day. I got a call from Mr Joseph after the survey, gave me a quick summary of findings before leaving the property, I received reasonable quotes for remedial works afterwards. 10/10 will work with them again.
