  Damp survey

  My tenants alerted me to mushrooms growing out of the ceiling in my ground floor flat. I contacted Paul to carry out a survey to determine if the issue was caused by damp issues or (as ended up being in fact a case) a leak from the upstairs neighbour. Paul was very communicative via Whatsapp and reassuring throughout this stressful process and carried out the report promptly. Tenants (and I) were very pleased with how quickly the issue was addressed. I would use Paul again for any damp related investigations!

  Comprehensive works on lounge and bedroom

  We engaged Dave to carry out a comprehensive renovation in our double lounge and bedroom, requiring reboarding, relining and quite a bit of carpentry. Dave was punctual, courteous and with a great attention to detail. He really does love his job and it shows. He was meticulous about prep leading to an incredible quality of finish. Will happily work with Dave again when doing the rest of the house in future.

  Alan was a real pleasure to deal with - his pricing and communication were outstanding and when we encountered an unexpected and additional electrical issue he even took time to call out of hours to provide advice. We will be hiring Alan for all of our electrical jobs!
