Matt was understanding, helpful, and reassuring as regards assessing what needed to be done, and the work was carried out on the scheduled date. For all I know, someone else might have quoted a cheaper price - but when you're booking open heart surgery on your own house, you want the best, not the cheapest!Job location: RH10
