  Planning drawings

  Draw plans were appointed to provide planning drawings for a rear extension. The drawings were issued to the local authority and were rejected for having dimensions significantly beyond the local authority guidelines. This should have been know by a competent architectural technician. We contacted Draw Plans and told then that the plans should be updated but this should not be extra cost to us. We have subsequently never had a response despite multiple emails and phone calls. I cannot recommend.

  Paul came to carry out repairs on my faulty boiler. He arrived at the arranged time. He identified the fault and carried out the repairs with parts available in his van. I would highly recommend.
