  What a delight it has been to have Paul fix all the things that have been bothering us for months! He is possibly the most polite tradesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is skilled, hardworking, meticulous, conscientious and I couldn’t be happier. He quoted fairly and quickly, and finished the work to a high standard. I would be glad to have Paul back again in future. He’s a gem! Thanks Paul!

  Gabi initially did a good job but when I asked him to return to repair some damaged and unfinished areas, he went AWOL. He said he’ll come when he “has some time” but has since completed ignored all my messages.
