  Sam was prompt to respond to our post on Checkatrade, I was apprehensive after several bad experiences through Checkatrade but Sam was quick to understand the brief and expectations on quality, pricing was clear and the job started on the date we agreed. Sam spent days on the preparation which set confidence in the finish. Throughout the job all went smoothly and worked around us, Sam just got on with the job. After completing the hall, stairs and landing we had Sam come back and also refresh our kitchen, a job we were not planning at the time of posting this job, but well worth it. Thanks Sam
