  Change of one kitchen mixer tap to another.

  Excellent communication, speedy work, no mess left, arrived early and very professional all round. I also kept changing when the job needed to be done as I had an issue with ordering the tap, but he was patient and flexible throughout. This was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend and will use again for any plumbing jobs.

  Cleaning very dirty windows after work had finished on a building site next door

  Impressive company and workers: filthy, dirt-caked windows and frames made spotless. Would now never tell there was a long-term building project next door! Excellent communication before the job. Gave a very fair quote that was stuck to. Early arrival on day with phone call to ask if this was ok. Lovely personalities - both men very cheerful and polite. Worked very hard in heavy rain. Did not stop for a break, but also did not rush - took their time to ensure the job was done to a high quality. Impressive results! Did an outstanding job considering how dirty some of the windows were.

  Curtain poles fitted above bay window

  Beforehand - Impressed by knowledge, customer service and quote as all were strong compared to other companies. During - Prompt arrival and lovely personality. Thought about what needed doing and considered options. Decided to do it a different way to how it was done before and explained reasons for this; clearly expert view that I trusted. Worked hard, minimal intrusion and cleared up thoroughly. All looked great. After - Partner had some queries about why deviated from previous design and use of some brackets at ends. I called and they were very patient as these were explained. Recommend!
