  We had an issue with our recently renovated shower floor where the grout was cracking and water was seeping through the tiles. It turned out to be a slightly complex problem, and every tiler we spoke to suggested a different solution. Theo took the time to properly assess the issue and explained everything clearly. His recommendation was practical and cost-effective. Communication was excellent throughout, and he was always happy to answer our questions. Over month later and everything is holding up great. Highly highly recommend his services.
