  Job brief was installing. Macerator under a sink to improve drainage flow.

  2.5 hours late to quote for the job in the first instance. Was 2 hours late for the installation. Attempted to charge £545 + VAT for the materials (macerator). The plumber accidentally left sales receipt for the unit. It actually cost them £365. Thats nearly a £200 mark up. Lied to me regarding this when challenged (said the extra cost was VAT which it wasn't) and threatened to tear it all out when I stood my ground and demanded to pay a fair price. Used old and stained pipes. Really tatty. All bodged on with jubilee clips to fit, See pic as to quality of the work. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
