  Disappointed. Not a good result and no communication nor any guarantee.

  Very disappointed. This work was to remove old pointing that was breaking up between slabs, clean it out and repoint. The work started well enough. The old pointing was removed and the slabs and gaps between the slabs cleaned out. However, the new material that was watered and brushed into the gaps is already starting to crack and dislodge. This isn't going to last anything more than a few months. We paid for the work very promptly. No receipt received. No guarantee received. Messages unanswered. Not recommended.
