  Good experience. Great communication around booking and appointment info. Best boiler service ever! Took their time and were thorough unlike previous boiler service engineers also sourced through Checkatrade. Paperwork provided for both the service AND the certification. I have never received paperwork from previous engineers for the boiler service despite requesting it. They lost a mark for quality because the first engineer left a bit of a mess - threw something into the pavement which stained, dirt on the carpet and in the bathroom.
