  Contacted Julian about a multi-split system: two units cooling poorly and a third leaking from the condensate pump. Quick response, clear upfront quote, and booked me in the same day. Professional and thorough on arrival. Turned out the cooling was down to my configuration rather than a fault, and the leak was likely the pump cutting out from overheating — he explained to just let it cool before restarting. Honest enough to say nothing was wrong rather than invent a problem. Fair pricing, punctual and trustworthy. Would happily use again and recommend

  Drain and fruit flies completely dissapeared.

  Excellent Service provided by Sunny and his team. He was chasing me for a follow up appointment that I had already paid for. Fully dedicated to his profession. Drain flies have completely disappeared and not a single fly seen and its been over 3 months since the treatment. Will be using them only for any pest related issues in the future.
