  Immersion Switch

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility shown. This electrician attended less than a year ago to repair an issue with my immersion heater switch. I then noticed that my fuse had blown; he said he would try to attend, but despite reading multiple messages and ignoring several phone calls, he failed to provide any update or even the courtesy of a response. Being left without hot water is stressful enough without having to chase someone who has committed to helping. Would not recommend.
