  Unreliable Roofer

  The job was completed by early January 2024. However, my troubles began on April 24, 2024, when I found a tile had slipped off my roof. Thankfully, it didn’t hit anyone. I contacted Sam for maintenance due to their 10-year warranty. On May 1, 2025, another tile showed signs of slipping. As of July 3, 2025, I have been waiting 435 days. After 10+ no shows, Sam told me to find another contractor. I often couldn’t reach him, and when I did, he never followed through. He mentioned health issues but prioritized another project over mine. It seems I encountered them at their worst.

  Slipped Tiles Resolved in Half a Day - Excellent Service!

  I had two slipped tiles on my roof, and I want to thank Anthony and his team for their outstanding service. He was very responsive and professional. I submitted my request at 10 AM, and he arrived within half an hour. Using a drone, he thoroughly inspected my roof for any other potential issues. He provided a detailed explanation and resolved everything by 1 PM the same day. Thank you!
