  We were pleased with how the initial leak was immediately recognised and remedied which the emergency plumber had not done. He explained the further work to replace floorboards and units clearly and provided a quote quickly. He was friendly. He worked quietly and efficiently and tidied up completely afterwards. We are very happy with the work which was done
