  Fixed water ingress into light-pull fitting

  Due to the upstairs neighbour letting his bath overflow, water had come down into my flat and there was water ingress into the light-pull fitting. I therefore had to make a request for an emergency call-out. KRA came out promptly and fixed it quickly and efficiently, including replacing the cord, and cleared up afterwards. Very good service, happy to recommend and would use again.

  Fixed UPVC door lock

  Highly recommended. I had a UPVC french door which wouldn't lock and the repair was fairly urgent. Simon contacted me within 15 minutes of my request submission, and he and Mike came out about 90 minutes later, fixed the lock and adjusted the hinges which were impeding door closure and affecting the lock mechanism. All done very quickly and efficiently, both guys very pleasant to deal with. Very reasonable rates! Would definitely use again. Thank you!

  Tree pruning and shrub cutback

  Highly recommended. Mike and team consulted with me before and during the work to ensure I was happy with what was being done, and did a thorough clean-up afterwards, all debris removed. Very pleasant to deal with (as was Jason when he came to do the quote), reliable and very reasonable rates. I would definitely use Evergreen again if work is needed in the future. Thank you!
