  Damp work

  I was so incredibly disappointed with Fresh Breeze after seeing such good reviews. There were a number of errors during our damp work that they carried out and their customer service was honestly shocking. They refused to apologise for anything that was clearly their fault. The quality of the plastering isn’t great and both decorators we’ve had round since have remarked on this. I felt they rushed our job and didn’t treat us with respect. I’ve never been so frustrated with a group of tradespeople before as I was with this team.
