  Drain unblocking

  This company should be changed to unable! Was given an appointment for the next day for someone to come and sort a very overflowing outside drain. That evening was informed it would be the day after next. I was a little annoyed but accepted it. On the day, the technician still hadn’t arrived within the timeslot. Phones the agency and was told how strange it was and that someone would definitely come the next day. Next day arrives and the same thing happens. No communication and no reason for why no one showed. By this point I was very fed up and cancelled the job.

  Replacing kitchen tap, fixing water valve

  After a string of no shows from other plumbers, Brett was a breath of fresh air! He messaged me straight away to arrange a date and time with an instant fairly priced quote. Kept me updated on the day when he would arrive. Brett is super friendly, respectable and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again in the future.

  Fixing section of roof

  Discovered some leaks in my ceiling and Hermitage Roofers came out quickly to investigate the problem. Gave me a fair price and suitable date to come and fix the issue. Went above and beyond with the job on the day, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely use again for any future work.
