  It was such a pleasure working with Neil. Fantastic communication, attention to detail, and warm presence. Neil understood what I was looking for straight away, gave me articulate suggestions, and fully supported from supply to fittings. Our house had limited access and is not easy to work on but he sorted all and I didn’t have to worry anything. Every corner shows their great skills (tiling is spectacular!), and I felt their care for everyone who will live in and use the space they worked on. The finish was more than I asked for, I was so touched. Thank you, Neil and Gary!

  Great communication to start with, and Dan gave me honest suggestions and options to consider before carrying out the works. Treated the site with care and when we had unexpected issues appeared during the works, he kindly shared an efficient solution and communicated clearly before going ahead with a new procedure. The finish is beautiful. I would contact him for our next job and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you.
