  I originally left a positive review as Marcos did a good job laying the floor. However, I’m disappointed with what happened afterwards. He assured me he would return once the under-stairs cabinet work was completed, as the remaining flooring needed finishing. After contacting him three times to arrange this, I received no response — not even a message to say he was unavailable. I did not expect this based on my initial experience, but the lack of communication and failure to follow through has changed my opinion.
