  Changing/repairing sockets

  John changed/repaired some sockets for me. He communicated clearly, was efficient, and did a quality job. In addition, I really appreciated that he gave me some insightful advice on another electrical task that I was considering. He proposed a better solution based on his better understanding of the wiring in my building. This is especially to his credit as he actually did himself out of some work with this advice. He seems like a really honest and helpful tradesman.

  Repair/extension of kitchen floor tiling after recent renovations.

  Aram did a tricky job for me. He repaired a section of damaged kitchen floor tiles and extended the tiling to cover a section of floor left bare after recent renovations. This included removing old/damaged tiles and placing new ones whilst matching grout that was an unusual and contrasting colour (and affected by age). The work quality was great, and he made a real effort and spent some extra time matching the grout colour as closely as he could to produce a decent match. Throughout Aram was punctual, communicated well, and was always meticulously polite (and cleaned up as he went along!)
