  Knowledgeable and experienced electrician, good communication, arrived on time. Gave advice on lighting choices for a bathroom and cloakroom and advised on some suitable options to order, once arrived fitted these plus a bedroom light and rewired two kitchen lights for bistro shades. Recently moved in so discussed other future projects. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and happy to recommend.

  Victorian terrace with large rear outrigger, effectively two roofs, double storey bay with decorative finials. Removed all tiles, new membrane and battens, new valleys, added verge tiles to rear gable , replaced fascia and guttering, removed 6 chimney pots and installed clay ventilation mushrooms, arranged scaffolding front and rear, cleared all rubbish from site. The team of skilled roofers worked tirelessly throughout, including two days of horrendous weather, starting by 8:30 every day and finishing after 6pm. Polite, respectful, tidy, reliable. Good communication throughout.

  Came out same day, quickly solved issue with key/lock without need for new hardware and keeping cost low to labour charge only, exactly as quoted. Prompt communication and service, skilled locksmith, competitive and transparent pricing. Happy to recommend.

  Bought a property with two windows that will never close that we plan to replace next year. Adam responded quickly, asked for photos, and arrived next morning and was able to solve the problem, for a reasonable price. Clearly a man who REALLY knows how window components work (or sometimes don't!) Happy to recommend and will definitely use when we come to replace the windows next year.

  Great service and results

  Bought a 1970s house with old stained guttering, soffits, barge boards, cladding and filthy conservatory roof. Suspected renewing it all would be the only option, but decided to try a professional clean. The results are exceptional, far exceeding my best hopes. It looks like a new house! The cleaner was professional, friendly and committed to getting the best results. Have since booked regular window cleaning service and annual clean of all those hard to reach areas. So pleased I can Kin Kan Do and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
