  DOBuilding won our trust when they sent Billy on a site visit to assess our needs. We want to put our flat on the market but knew the bathroom grouting was probably allowing water damage to occur and needed to address this without investing in a total bathroom overhaul. We had assumed we needed extensive grout removal and regrouting, but Billy suggested a more economical solution: PVC cladding to make our bath/shower area water tight and cosmetically refreshed. The work was done well. DO were also flexible when we decided we wanted additional paint work. We are very pleased with the result.
