  Not happy with the standard of work and lack of any contact ... damage occurred

  Regrouting certain areas of bathroom. Turned up on time ... fairly tidy ... but unfortunately they left tiles damaged and didn't tell us - just left us to clean up after and rub down all the tiles which was not quick after they had regrouted and clean up bathroom. They had also missed bits ... said they would be back but then went dark. They obviously used a tool to remove the grout and then slipped and damaged good tiles - we had to pay for another to come in and change the damaged tiles and regrout ... so all in all not great :(
