  George did a good job overall, he cleared his schedule as the job was urgent and completed it very quickly. Communication was good and prompt. However unfortunately the flooring was not properly protected and we now have some sanding to do which is a pity.

  I was pleased overall with James’ work, he was communicative, explained his findings very clearly, showed up on time and completed most of the works, however he did leave out a general check of the kitchen and bathroom plumbing which I had requested and he admittedly forgot.
