  Problem with toilet pan from company

  We recently had an issue where the valve under the new toilet pan which was dripping water on the floor. The manufacturer suggested it’s an installation issue. I don’t see how this is the case. Despite this the Costel, came back straight away to adjust the mounting rods and ensure everything was perfectly aligned. He didn't argue or make excuses; he just wanted to make sure we were happy and that the job was done perfectly at no charge. It is rare to find a tradesperson who cares this much about their customers and stands by their work like this. Fantastic aftercare and highly recommended

  Costel is a true professional with an incredible eye for detail. He took the time to explain the technical side of the build, offering clear solutions whenever an issue arose. His finishing is flawless. I was particularly impressed by his work ethic: • Highly Communicative: Always checked in on layout and design choices. • Extremely Tidy: Protected all surfaces and units; cleaned up every single day. • Trustworthy: I was happy to leave him working while I was at the office.
