  DISHWASHER REPAIR/REPLACEMENT

  Zak arrived at the appointed date and time. He tried to repair my 15 year old dishwasher but said the repair would not last because of its age. He offered to get us a new one of the same make and came back later the same day and replaced and took away my old dishwasher. He fitted, (integrated model), the new one and tested it. He cleaned and tidied up the area he had worked in before he left. We were very satisfied with both his attitude and the price he charged. I would strongly recommend him.

  A HIGH QUALITY PAINTER

  He painted our garage doors, drainpipes, gutters and plastic roof edging. He discussed the colours with us before starting. The surfaces were carefully prepared and the finish was to a very high standard. He has a very nice manner and is easy to work with. We are delighted with the finished result and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  WALL HUNG TOILET REFIT

  Before starting he researched the job thoroughly. Explained what he thought needed doing and how it would be done. He was fully professional in what he did and discussed each major step with us. He was a careful, clean worker and tidied up after himself. A very competent professional that we would thoroughly recommend.

  INCOMPLETE JOB

  Pleasant man.Had 3 jobs. Job 1:Repair shower controls - unable to do so because embedded in wall tiles. Job 2: Replace radiator. I supplied radiator as requested and he fixed it, but forgot to turn on hot water.Contacted him and were able to do it ourselves.Job 3:He fixed toilet, but said he wasn't sure how long repair would last. We asked him if he could carry out permanent repair, he said yes, but would need parts. He was due to return following Thursday, but had a family crisis and was unable to come. We had paid him for the work he did. Cancelled his visit. Still looking for plumber.
