  I needed a waste pipe fitted for a washing machine

  Jim did a great job. Even spotted a leak we didn’t know about and fixed it. Talked me through how to fit the washing machine when it comes aswell. Really thorough.

  I drilled through an electric wire putting a shelf up !!!

  Super easy. Carl answered me quickly during my emergency and came the very next day. Super quick. Super easy. Really really reasonable for a Saturday morning emergency. Fortunately I hadn’t drilled through the wire just the cover case but better to be safe than sorry !! Really quickly located and put back as before.
