  We got there in the end

  Job completed eventually. 1st They missed some felt that was to be replaced on the leaking roof, done after pointing it out. 2nd A fascia board covered with the wrong size PVC. when mentioned we were told our size wasn't made so they fitted an extra strip. not very good. This turned out to be incorrect as our size was standard. Once mentioned they apologised, returned to fit the correct size. 3rd A rain fall demonstrated that the guttering wasn't fitted correctly, as all the water came runing down the wall. you could see daylight betwwe the roof, the cuttering. resolved on revisit.

  Practically the whole house was done from top to bottom all but the kitchen and one bedroom.

  initially our quote started quite low which is why we considered platinum plastering Limited . After meeting Ben it became obvious he was someone who could be trusted. He just told you honestly his thought on the best way of doing the job. What started at less than half the cost soon spiral due to us personally changing what we required. Ben was able to accommodate all the changes we requested from the original quote, and completed the job professionally working tirelessly over 7 days. The end result was more than we imagined. Best tradesmen we have ever had. We are in a townhouse. Recommend.

  Of the two differing quotes that we received, I found Mark to be most honest and trustworthy. Once we agreed to have the work done Mark arrange for his team to start the job within a few days. They turned up and completed the Job to my satisfaction with two days. While there were a few things I wasn’t happy about initially, Mark had these all rectified to my satisfaction without any complaint. While they wasn't the cheapest quote, the work being completed in just over a week from first contact with an eight-year guarantee is a job well done. Highly recommended
