Paul was very helpful and polite, and informed me what needed doing! no pressure at all, i decided that I wanted my three way valve changed which was extra to original quote, it was my choice, I would definitely recommend Paul and would be my first person to call if I had any plumbing/ heating issues in future.Job location: SN5
