  Replacement of deficient aerial

  I contacted Paul regarding an issue with pixelating of the screen when the image was particularly bright. Paul promptly got back to me and an appointment was arranged. I was still receiving a signal from an old analogue signal aerial and this was quickly diagnosed as the likely problem. A digital aerial was set up and connected. I also asked Paul to arrange the aerial for East Midlands reception as my original aerial was set up for West Midlands. With the help of a booster box this was also achieved. The charge for the work was also very reasonable. All in all, top work!

  Refixing loose external staircase tread

  I approached Dave about an external staircase wooden tread that had worked loose. Right from initial contact to completion of the job, I couldn't fault him at all. Prompt and polite in all communications, a job well done and all at a reasonable price. Would certainly contact Dave again.
