  Mixed feelings but my trust felt abused.

  Alfie’s plastering and his painter’s finish were ok, but the overall experience was deeply disappointing. Communication was poor with constant cancellations and repeated excuses. He claimed delays were due to difficult walls rarely being on-site when checked. Much of the agreed scope was abandoned no bathroom work, extractor fan, bannister, or boxing in, and two ceilings were left incomplete. He broke a blind, lost a light switch plate, painter bought pink paint instead of chalk white, and left a mess that he said would be cleaned and wasn't. In the end, I paid him off and hired someone else.
