  Replaced leaking kitchen sink waste pipework with a complete new installation.

  James responded incredibly quickly and was able to fit me in the same day for an urgent leaking sink. He replaced all of the old waste pipework with a brand new setup, completed everything to a high standard, and left the area clean and tidy. Friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Vortex Plumbing again and would highly recommend James.

  Excellent Bathroom Deep Clean

  Mandy carried out an excellent deep clean of our bathrooms. Everything was left spotless, including areas that are often missed. Communication was clear and friendly, she arrived on time, and worked efficiently. I am very happy with the result and have already arranged for her to return for further work. I would gladly recommend Mandy to others.

  The plumber arrived promptly to assess the issue with my toilet’s flush mechanism and identified the part that needed replacement. Once the part arrived a few days later, he returned to complete the repair efficiently. The toilet has been working perfectly since. I was impressed with the professionalism, communication, and quality of workmanship throughout.
