  Dan didn’t do it

  Got a quote off Dan, which I was happy with it and work got underway. We also ended up asking Dan to do more work than originally agreed which he re-quoted and we were happy with and appreciated Dan being able to do that. After that though the work felt rushed and not complete. We have had a crack in the panel and also a leak from the bath/toilet which I raised with Dan and got several dates when he was going to come to sort, never showed and left me to chase. Been over 3 months now and he is obviously happy leaving a customer with work incomplete and not getting back to my calls or emails.
