  Kitchen installation, drainage, damp proofing & bathroom works

  Excellent service from Saeed and Cyrus. They completed a full kitchen installation, damp proofing works, a French drain, bathroom improvements, tiling and other building works for us. The quality of the work has been very good, especially the kitchen. What impressed me most was their professionalism and attitude. They were always polite, hardworking and responsive, even when I raised snagging items or requested changes. Nothing was too much trouble and they always came back to resolve issues. I would happily use them again and would highly recommend them.

  Curtain poles, TV mounting and furniture assembly

  I hired Michael to install curtain poles, mount a TV, and assemble beds. One curtain pole failed within less than 10 days, with the middle bracket pulling out of the wall despite being charged extra for plasterboard fixings. Another pole is also loose. The TV mount appears to be installed incorrectly and does not hold the TV securely. Holes were drilled in the wrong places and not made good, and the poles scraped the walls causing damage. He refused to return to fix the issues without further payment and has since blocked communication.
