  Honest plumber

  My Mira shower was not working this morning, contacted Job Done, they came out 2pm today, he checked out the system and confirmed that the processor board in the pump was defective. Because the shower was still under warranty he recommended contacting Mira directly , which I have done, and they are coming out next week. He was a very helpful guy, he could have easily charged me for a new pump, but was very honest and said it was still under warranty so contact Mira, he may have lost this job (for being honest), but I will use him again and recommend him to others
