10 Reliable, polite, friendly, efficient & excellent communication

Chris was reliable, polite, friendly, efficient and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. He did a fantastic job fitting the carpets in my bedrooms, landing and staircase . He came out to show me samples and when I later realised I had forgotten to choose one for the stairs, Chris happily came back another day with more samples without any hassle. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free from start to finish. My carpets look amazing, everything was fitted perfectly.
