  Tom was very punctual and kept me updated of his progress. He done a great job, even we he discovered the concrete slab was almost 3x times a thick as previously thought. I even found out recently that he took some rubble from a neighbour which is much appreciated. I am now in their good books. Thanks Tom. I will contact you for any further works and will recomend you to anyone that asks.
