  Hallway and staircase full redecoration

  After being here all week on one hallway Monday to Friday. Waggy turned up on a Saturday morning and wanted a full days pay for 3 hours without discussing rates. Left me with half a job done and given me an excuse that he can not finish my job off now after questing his Saturday payment which would work out to nearly £50ph. Moral of the story is unless you pay what he demands he will leave you very unstuck and looking for a replacement decorator
