  Poor workmanship and ignore you when they botch your roof

  William turned up with two other lads. Half way through the day of fitting glass balustrades to a flat roof they i pointed out to them they had put it up the wrong way round. They they had to take it apart and start again and repair a number of holes they had drilled in the wrong place in my flat roof. They then never came back as agreed and ignored any more contact to get them to finish the half done job. So got someone else to come and look at it and turns out they had completely botched under the first post they looked under. 8 drill holes for 4 screws leaving 4 uncovered to elements.
