  Cistern sticking

  Brilliant service from Paul as always. Turned out the loo cistern only needed a twiddle and Paul didn't charge. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again.

  Cistern leak

  Paul came out very quickly even though I hadn't flagged the leak as urgent as it was a slow drip He found the leak, explained what had happened, and fixed it there and then with a replacement washer. I was very happy with the work done and will definitely use Paul again if I need a plumber.

  Replacing bathroom lights

  we had fantastic service from Dave at MCI getting our halogen bathroom downlighters replaced with LED ones. He responded really quickly to my initial enquiry, and we got a booking just a few days later for him to do the work. The quote was bang-on and we're very pleased with the work Dave carried out. He told us what was he was doing and why, and he cleared up thoroughly after he's finished. We'll definitely be using Dave if we need a sparky again.
