  Removing old plaster and lathe from exterior of our old cottage and re rendered in lime

  Mac initially fully assessed the work required. He was up front re the potential difficulties that may arise when removing old render on an old building and managed our expectations. He gave us 4 different options and quotes for these whilst explaining that he would remove a test panel initially to ensure what he had quoted for could be achieved. Things went mostly to plan with a few minor tweaks where unforeseen issues were apparent but communication was great and what was essentially disruptive work was made bearable by Mac and his team. Must give a big shout out to the lovely Jack.
