I cannot rate Dean highly enough. He is approachable, communicates really well and was very clear about what the problem with our hot tub was and our options for fixing it. He came out to us within a few days and fixed the part we needed quickly and reliably. Would definitely recommend Dean as he is very knowledgeable.Job location: ME8
