  DO NOT USE: Dreadful service. Terrible workmanship. Appalling all round.

  Absolutely appalling work, appalling communication, appalling service all round. I made a huge mistake in not waiting for more quotes to come in from other companies a d traders as I was in a rush to get this job done. Have regretted my decision ever since. I will be making a formal complaint soon and have already reported them to the trading standards people through Citizens Advice Bureau consumer advice service. I have also sought legal advice. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience was bad enough. Others should not suffer the same fate.

  Do NOT use this company. Appalling. Totally unprofessional. I made a HUGE mistake & would like to warn others. He tried to cancel job on flimsy grounds on the morning, saw my desperation, & increased quote from £350 to £500. Dreadful communication. Didn't call to say job was finished & didn't take any photos of the finished job, both as agreed. His expert report was messages sent on WhatsApp & when I wrote I would respond via email, his reply was he wouldn't even read anything I send him, let alone reply! I was shocked. It was a horrible experience. Wish I'd waited longer for other quotes.
