The engineer did not solve the problem The boiler continues to circulate water even when not required for hot water or heating. I specifically asked for someone with experience of IDEAL boilers and hoped to be able to speak with an engineer before he arrived to explain the problem but nobody contacted me in advance. The fault still needs sorting!Job location: RH6
