  kitchen light fell down

  kitchen light was knocked and the whole fixture came down because of the plaster behind it crumbling. the professional that came was quick and polite, he replaced the light and now I feel assured that I won't need to deal with this issue again!

  had central heating flushed

  professional was polite and explained the job. told me that there was little rust but loads of metal shards in the flush. he said he'd never seen it before but said that my boiler is old and will need replacing soon and said it's good to get the flush done before that anyway

  powerflush was recommended to me by gas safety engineer. I asked this company to carry it out - the found a lot of metal shards rather than sludge but said it was totally fine. my boiler is old and you'd need to flush the system before it's replaced anyway.
